“AI literacy Myanmar”  aims to prevent the potential divides due to the advancements in AI by expanding the public awareness of Artificial Intelligence ( AI ) and its applications through our course in Burmese language. Although different tech giants and organizations deliver the AI courses , there is a lack of an AI awareness course in our Burmese language in Myanmar where around 50 millions of people reside and most of them use Burmese in daily communication.

More and more applications and systems online integrate AI systems , such as Image generations ,  voice-based interaction , and image processing in different sectors ranging from entertainment to health and education. With the knowledge of an AI system  and how to apply it in our daily life,  people would be able to extend their knowledge , access the resources more. In addition to teaching about AI and usage of it , we will  focus on ethical considerations in AI , how to protect our data and privacy in using these as well. 

As a response to these situations , we will create a course in Burmese language where public can expend their knowledge on AI and different applications of it. We will host the course by creating a specific Moodle LMS for this project and people will be able to enroll and study through their mobile devices or computers.
